This accommodation has capacity for 4 guests and is close to Vilamoura Marina. It is centrally located and is part of a condominium with a swimming pool. It offers a terrace with lounge and dining tables and a balcony. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. There is a private parking space outside the property.

There is also a pleasant, large living room with TV and free Wi-Fi, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and outside you can have your meals at the dining table or enjoy the good weather in the condominium's garden and swimming pool.

Praia da Falésia is a 15-minute walk away and there is an Intermarché supermarket a 5-minute walk away. The bus stop is also a short walk from the apartment.


There is the possibility of placing a cot in the accommodation, upon prior request and subject to availability. There is an extra charge of €5 per night.

The security deposit is 200€ for up to 28 nights. The security deposit is charged at check-in via pre-authorisation by credit or debit card.

If you would like an invoice with a tax number, please send your billing details by the day of check-in.

Guests over the age of 16 are charged the tourist tax at check-in. In accordance with the amendment to the Regulations and Table of Fees and Licences for the incorporation of the Municipal Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Loulé, published in the Diário da República, the amount to be charged from November to March is €1 per night, per person and from April to October is €1 per night, per person


LONG STAY DISCOUNT_ for stays of 28 nights or more the following special conditions apply:

- Electricity charge paid separately at check-out - calculated from a device that collects consumption data during the stay.

- Security deposit of 1000€ to be returned at the end of the stay after checking the flat;

- Water and internet charges included;

- 1 cleaning per month, if you do not agree to this cleaning an inspection will be made by the housekeeper to ensure that the flat is in good condition;

de host bed and sun krijgt 5 sterren. flexibele aankomst. last minute geboekt en konden later op de avond arriveren. er ontbrak een wasrek bij aankomst en werd de volgende ochtend gelijk gebracht.het huis was brandschoon, persoonlijk houden wij niet van de aanwezige geurstokjes, dat had van ons niet aanwezig hoeven zijn.wat wij jammer vonden is dat het dakterras was afgesloten.wij slapen het liefst met de ramen of deuren open voor natuurlijke ventilatie, echter is er erg veel geluidsoverlast van av. eng. joão meireles. de straat van het huis heeft weinig verkeer, maar ligt wel parallel aan de hoofdweg av. eng. joão meireles. wat echt als racebaan in de nacht gebruikt wordt.heel vriendelijke eigenaren op de benedenverdieping.
