Located in a quiet area of Vilamoura, this flat is ideal for those looking for a relaxed family holiday. 
It can accommodate up to 7 guests and a maximum of 4 adults. If a reservation is made for more than 4 adults, we have the right to cancel it.

The accommodation offers 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, with the following characteristics:
Bedroom 1 - Double bed 150cm x 193cm, with private bathroom
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds 0.96cm x 195cm
Bedroom 3 - Three single beds, two of which are bunk beds 0.70cm x 180cm, and another of the same size in a drawer (recommended for children due to its size).
The living room has a corner sofa, dining area and access to a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials.
Access to the garden and pool area is via the outside of the building and requires going up/down 2 floors by stairs, and there are communal sunbeds available.
The condominium has a private outdoor car park with a gate.
The flat is a short walk from Vilamoura Marina and about 2 km from the beach. Faro airport is 23 kilometres away.

There is the possibility of placing a cot in the accommodation, upon prior request and subject to availability. There is an extra charge of €5 per night.

Check-in takes place at our office at Avenida Infante Sagres 109, between 16:00 and 19:00. This information is essential for the property to be available when you arrive.

You can request early check-in, before 4pm, for €30.00. This is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

The security deposit must be paid online by card by the day of check-in. The security deposit is 200 euros for a maximum of 28 nights. For groups or young people, the security deposit is doubled.


If you would like an invoice with a tax number, please send your billing details by the day of check-in.

Guests over the age of 16 are charged the tourist tax at check-in. In accordance with the amendment to the Regulations and Table of Fees and Licences for the incorporation of the Municipal Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Loulé, published in the Diário da República, the amount to be charged from November to March is €1 per night, per person and from April to October is €1 per night, per person


LONG STAY DISCOUNT_ for stays of 28 nights or more the following special conditions apply:

- Electricity charge paid separately at check-out - calculated from a device that collects consumption data during the stay.

- Security deposit of 1000€ to be returned at the end of the stay after checking the flat;

- Water and internet charges included;

- 1 cleaning per month, if you do not agree to this cleaning an inspection will be made by the housekeeper to ensure that the flat is in good condition;

logement très fonctionnel pour 7 personnes. nous n'étions pas les uns sur les autres. très bien agencé dans une résidence /quartier calme. proche toutes commodités.
