The apartment was recently renovated. It is located on the first line of the Vilamoura Marina, with direct access to the Marina. It has a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 more people. You can enjoy a wonderful view in the heart of one of the most beautiful and sought after areas in the Algarve. It has access to a private car park.


There is the possibility of placing a cot in the accommodation, upon prior request and subject to availability. There is an extra charge of €5 per night.

The Check-in is made directly at the property, between 4pm and 7pm. This information is essential for the property to be available when you arrive.

You can request early check-in, before 4pm, for €30.00. This is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

The security deposit must be paid online by card by the day of check-in. The security deposit is 300 euros for a maximum of 28 nights. For groups or young people, the security deposit is doubled.


If you would like an invoice with a tax number, please send your billing details by the day of check-in.

Guests over the age of 16 are charged the tourist tax at check-in. In accordance with the amendment to the Regulations and Table of Fees and Licences for the incorporation of the Municipal Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Loulé, published in the Diário da República, the amount to be charged from November to March is €1 per night, per person and from April to October is €2 per night, per person

For bookings of 15 nights or more, we reserve the right to carry out an inspection up to 7 days before the departure date.

LONG STAY DISCOUNT_ for stays of 28 nights or more the following special conditions apply:

- Electricity charge paid separately at check-out - calculated from a device that collects consumption data during the stay.

- Security deposit of 1000€ to be returned at the end of the stay after checking the flat;

- Water and internet charges included;

- The cleaning fee includes only check-in/check-out cleaning;

- During their stay, guests may request additional cleaning or extra bed linen and towels at an additional cost and subject to availability. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date.

fantastic location, right on the marina. with a very impressive view.

i arrived at the office to collect the keys, way earlier than expected. the apartment wasn't quite ready for me, but the staff rushed everything through.

the apartment was easy to find. the office had given me clear instructions on how to gain access to the property.

my friends all stayed at various hotels in vilamoura, which is what i usually do, but this time, i wanted something different. i spent six enjoyable days here.

location couldn’t be more ideal if you want to be directly on the marina.overall the apartment is good value for money, spotlessly clean but very basic. we had no hot water on arrival which wasn’t ideal after a long day traveling, but this was resolved in just over an hour by communication with the host.things i wasn’t so satisfied with however, is the extensive list of house rules (make sure they’re read through thoroughly). there is a cleaning fee of €70 charged, but numerous fees which are taken out of the damage deposit, if not adhered to, like taking out the bins. not an issue for us as we always leave a place as we find it.the keys need to picked up quite a distance from the apartment, which is a little inconvenient, as we’ve always been met at the location during other airbnb stays.damage deposit is €300, which is fair. what i do think is excessive is taking one month to receive the deposit back. especially when the host only has 14 days to claim reimbursement.

this was my 4th stay at this great apartment. it is perfect for me with its location right on the marina with everything from restaurants, cafes, nightlife and shops within walking distance. it’s perfect for a single or couple who want to be in the heart of vilamoura. yes there is noise from the bars but that’s to be expected with its location and is not a problem for me. i would definitely stay again.

i have stayed at this apartment three times now and i love the location overlooking the vilamoura marina. the apartment was spotless and as described. i look forward to staying again in the near future

excellent host, and a fantastic location if you prefer a buzzing place. the apartment is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and literally on the pier with the best view you can have. we had an amazing time.the restaurant next door made it challenging to sleep in the evening, but they close around midnight, to keep that in mind.

this is a lovely apartment, right by marina, shops and restaurants. only 10-15 minutes walk to beach. the only negatives were the loud live music at night nearby-bring earplugs! and bed is very hard.

stayed for 6 nights, great location you are right in the marina with gorgeous views (you are paying for the views really). bit of a hassle having to go over to quarteira to check in, recommend uber if you have bags (around 4 euro). apartment has everything you need but could be made a little more welcoming, lamp in the main room, some art etc. hard bed but you get used to it eventually and do not underestimate how noisy it is either if you are in bed before 1.30am (bars all around and live music every night) ear plugs need to be provided as we had to buy our own. rough night sleep after a day of travel! was a nice week in general though and location is great.

i will say if you are looking for a busy atmosphere with late night music and drinking then the marina is the place. i was not aware (although some reviews mentioned it) that it would be quite so loud. the view of the marina is nice and there are shops and tons of restaurants and quite a night life. it’s my fault that i wasn’t aware it would be quite that much.

has the basic expected amenities you need for a short stay.small but cosy balcony with great view towards the marina and it’s energetic summer night life (can get disturbingly noisy though, specially if you are an early sleeper).overall very satisfied by the stay.

wonderful stay at the apartment! fantastic location, a few steps away from bars and restaurants and a short walk to fantastic beach. the view over the marina was stunning. the apartment had everything we could need and more! our flight was delayed but transfer and joana who met us at the apartment were happy to wait for us and constantly kept in touch. would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again! thank you!!!!

die lage am yachthafen ist großartig! tolle aussicht und nur ein kurzer weg zum strand. man hat nirgendwohin mehr als 10minuten fußweg. aufgrund der belebten umgebung ist es allerdings nachts manchmal etwas laut. ansonsten war die wohnung sehr ordentlich und schlicht eingerichtet. es sind sowohl im bad als auch in der küche genügend handtücher und utensilien vorhanden. alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!

wir waren rundum zufrieden. die umgebung etwas laut da viele restaurants in unmittelbarer nähe. bars die bis spät in der nacht laut sind. das ist aber schon in der beschreibung angegeben worden. trotzdem gut geschlafen und kommen gern wieder.

l'alloggio è risultato più ampio di quello che mi aspettavo. pulizia impeccabile, posizione centralissima. appartamento molto rumoroso la sera per la presenza di locali notturni tutto intorno, ma per chi cerca una vacanza di feste e divertimento è perfetto. manca la lavastoviglie anche se viene indicata tra i servizi offerti.infine, abbiamo avuto un problemino con i vicini dell'appartamento di fronte che hanno sporcato in malo modo le scale e il pianerottolo; abbiamo chiesto l'intervento di qualcuno perché venisse pulito ma purtroppo non è stato fatto ( anche se ci avevano detto che avrebbero mandato qualcuno..). a parte questo, tutto perfetto.

el apartamento está situado justo en el puerto, tiene buenas vistas pero tiene mucho ruido pese a que las ventanas aíslan bastante. durante el día, máquinas de aire acondicionado y campanas extractoras de un restaurante, y por la noche está cerca de algunos pub donde hacen conciertos hasta la madrugada. en contrapartida, tiene buenas vistas al puerto, tiene aparcamiento privado (al aire libre), la cama es cómoda y la cocina, aunque pequeña, es muy funcional y tiene de todo. en general bastante bien excepto por el ruido. si vas sólo a descansar y desconectar, no es el mejor sitio.

The apartment was lovely with an excellent location in the Algarve. Close access to many different beaches and restaurants across the coast, and overall a great apartment.
