With a capacity for 4 people, it features two cozy bedrooms– one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, among others), is integrated into the living room, which includes a dining table, sofa, television, and air conditioning. The living room provides access to a small balcony with a sea view, ideal for relaxing. The modern bathroomis equipped with a showerand a washing machine.
The Quarteira beachis just 450 meters away(a short 5-minute walk), the Quarteira Bus Terminalis 750 meters away, and Faro Airportis only 22 kmaway. Nearby, you will find a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and essential services, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay.
There is the possibility of placing a cot in the accommodation, upon prior request and subject to availability. There is an extra charge of €5 per night.
The security deposit is 200€ for up to 28 nights. The security deposit is charged at check-in via pre-authorisation by credit or debit card.

Guests over the age of 16 are charged the tourist tax at check-in. In accordance with the amendment to the Regulations and Table of Fees and Licences for the incorporation of the Municipal Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Loulé, published in the Diário da República, the amount to be charged from November to March is €1 per night, per person and from April to October is €1 per night, per person
LONG STAY DISCOUNT_ for stays of 28 nights or more the following special conditions apply:
- Electricity charge paid separately at check-out - calculated from a device that collects consumption data during the stay.
- Security deposit of 1000€ to be returned at the end of the stay after checking the flat;
- Water and internet charges included;
- 1 cleaning per month, if you do not agree to this cleaning an inspection will be made by the housekeeper to ensure that the flat is in good condition;
