Located in the center of Quarteira and about 500 meters from the beach, this apartment has a maximum capacity to accommodate 4 guests. It offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the living room, also equipped with air conditioning, you’ll find a dining table and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The apartment also has two bathrooms with showers and a small balcony.
Parking is on the street and is free of charge. The Quarteira bus terminal is located 400 meters away, Faro Airport is 23 km away, and Vilamoura Marina is about 3 km away.
A baby cot can be provided upon request and is subject to availability. There is an extra cost of €5 per night.
The Check-in is made directly at the property, between 4pm and 7pm.

You may request early check-in before 4:00 PM for a fee of €30. This request is subject to availability and must be made in advance.
The security deposit must be paid online by card before check-in day. The security deposit is €200 for stays up to 28 nights. For groups or young guests, the deposit is doubled.
If you require an invoice with a tax number, please send your billing information by check-in day.
At check-in, the tourist tax is charged for guests over 16 years old. According to the amendment to the Regulation and fee table for the implementation of the Municipal Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Loulé (published in the Official Gazette), the amount charged is €1 per person, per night from November to March, and €2 per person, per night from April to October.
For bookings of 15 nights or more, we reserve the right to carry out an inspection up to 7 days before the departure date.
LONG STAY DISCOUNT_for stays of 28 nights or more, the following special conditions apply:
Electricity is paid separately at check-out — the amount is calculated from a device that records consumption during the stay.
A security deposit of €1,000 will be returned at the end of the stay after inspection of the apartment;
Water and internet expenses are included;
The cleaning fee includes only check-in/check-out cleaning;
During their stay, guests may request additional cleaning or extra bed linen and towels at an additional cost and subject to availability. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date.
