This apartment is located on the ground floor of the Vila Sol F5 condominium, with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. It consists of two bedrooms, one en suite, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room - with a sofa bed for two - and a dining area. It has a barbecue and an outdoor dining area with views and direct access to the garden and the pool.
The condominium is quiet, has a large swimming pool and lawn area, surrounded by nature. It is a 5-minute drive from Vilamoura and Quarteira, and the beach is 2.8 km away.
There is the possibility of placing a cot in the accommodation, upon prior request and subject to availability. There is an extra charge of €5 per night.
The Check-in is made directly at the property, between 4pm and 7pm

You can request early check-in, before 4pm, for €30.00. This is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
The security deposit must be paid online by card by the day of check-in. The security deposit is 300 euros for a maximum of 28 nights. For groups or young people, the security deposit is doubled.
If you would like an invoice with a tax number, please send your billing details by the day of check-in.
Guests over the age of 16 are charged the tourist tax at check-in. In accordance with the amendment to the Regulations and Table of Fees and Licences for the incorporation of the Municipal Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Loulé, published in the Diário da República, the amount to be charged from November to March is €1 per night, per person and from April to October is €2 per night, per person.
For bookings of 15 nights or more, we reserve the right to carry out an inspection up to 7 days before the departure date.
LONG STAY DISCOUNT_ for stays of 28 nights or more the following special conditions apply:
- Electricity charge paid separately at check-out - calculated from a device that collects consumption data during the stay.
- Security deposit of 1200€ to be returned at the end of the stay after checking the flat;
- Water and internet charges included;
- The cleaning fee includes only check-in/check-out cleaning;
- During their stay, guests may request additional cleaning or extra bed linen and towels at an additional cost and subject to availability. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date.
