The Islândia Villa is a private villa with a swimming pool and garden, situated in a quiet residential area in Vilamoura.
It comprises 4 bedrooms, spread across the upper floors and the basement.
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a very spacious living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the upper floor are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring a bath; one bedroom has a double bed and the other has three single beds.
In the basement, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and a games room with a table tennis table, table football and a pool table.
The outdoor area features a barbecue, a dining table and a lounge area, ideal for socialising and relaxing by the pool.
A cot can be provided in the accommodation upon prior request and subject to availability. There is an extra charge of €5 per night.
The security deposit must be paid online by card by the day of check-in. The security deposit is €1000 for a maximum of 28 nights. For groups or young people, the security deposit is doubled.
If you would like an invoice with a tax number, you must send your billing details by the day of check-in.
Check-in is done directly at the property between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

You may request early check-in, before 4:00 p.m., for a fee of €30.00. This request is subject to availability and must be made in advance.
At check-in, a tourist tax is charged for guests over the age of 16. In accordance with the amendment to the Regulations and table of fees and licences for the incorporation of the Municipal Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Loulé, published in the Diário da República, the amount to be charged from November to March is €1 per night, per person, and from April to October is €2 per night, per person.
For bookings of 15 nights or more, we reserve the right to carry out an inspection up to 7 days before the departure date.
LONG STAY DISCOUNT_for stays of 28 nights or more between November and April, the following special conditions apply:
- Electricity costs are paid separately at check-out - the amount is calculated using a device that collects consumption data during the stay.
- Security deposit of €3,000 to be returned at the end of the stay after the flat has been checked;
- Water and internet charges included;
- The cleaning fee includes only check-in/check-out cleaning;
- During their stay, guests may request additional cleaning or extra bed linen and towels at an additional cost and subject to availability. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date.
