Com um terraço com uma vista privilegiada para a praia, este apartamento penthouse duplex é ideal para quem procura umas férias descansadas em família.

Tem 3 quartos e duas camas extra, tendo uma capacidade ideal para 6 pessoas + 2 crianças. Tem 3 casas de banho, uma acolhedora e luminosa sala de estar e uma ampla cozinha, moderna e totalmente equipada, com zona de jantar.

Existe um terraço para uso exclusivo do apartamento. Para além dos hóspedes têm somente acesso a este terraço - por uma porta exterior - os responsáveis pela manutenção e limpeza do condomínio, que cuidam deste espaço. Sempre que seja necessária a sua intervenção, os hóspedes são previamente informados.

Os hóspedes podem ainda desfrutar da piscina do condomínio.

O apartamento fica na primeira linha da praia, na zona do Calçadão de Quarteira, zona ideal para caminhadas à beira mar. Tem perto vários restaurantes, bares de praia, supermercado e outros serviços.

O aeroporto fica a cerca de 22 km, e o Terminal Rodoviário de Quarteira a 1km.


Há a possibilidade de colocar berço no alojamento, mediante pedido prévio e sujeito a disponibilidade. Tem um custo extra de 5€ por noite.

O check-in é efectuado no nosso escritório, na Avenida Infante Sagres 109, entre as 16:00h e as 19:00h.

Poderá solicitar o seu check-in antecipado, antes das 16h00, pelo valor de 30,00€. Este pedido está sujeito a disponibilidade e deverá ser solicitado com a devida antecedência.

O depósito de segurança deve ser pago online por cartão até ao dia do check-in. O depósito de segurança é de 500 euros para um máximo de 28 noites. Para grupos ou jovens, o depósito de segurança é feito em dobro.


Caso queira fatura com contribuinte deverá enviar os dados de faturação até ao dia do check in.

No momento do check-in é feita a cobrança da taxa turística para hóspedes de idade superior a 16 anos. De acordo com a alteração ao Regulamento e tabela de taxas e licenças para incorporação da Taxa Municipal Turística do Concelho de Loulé, publicado em Diário da República, o valor a cobrar de Novembro a Março é de 1€  por noite, por pessoa e de Abril a Outubro é de 2€ por noite, por pessoa.


DESCONTO LONG STAY_para estadias superiores ou iguais a 28 noites aplicam-se as seguintes condições especiais:

- Despesa de eletricidade paga à parte no check-out - valor calculado a partir de um dispositivo que recolhe os dados de consumo durante a estadia.

- Depósito de segurança no valor de 1200€ a ser devolvido no final da estadia após verificação do apartamento;

- Despesas de água e internet incluídas;

- 1 limpeza por mês, caso não concorde com esta limpeza será feita uma vistoria pela governanta de modo a garantir que o apartamento se encontra em devidas condições;

we had a fantastic stay at the apartment with everything we needed. great for a family stay with lots of local shops and restaurants round about with a clean beach on your door step

the office for bed & sun was quite hard to find & the taxi took us to a different office, where they said happened a lot & they had to give us directions. when we arrived at the actual property, the door was hard to find & not numbered as bed and sun instructed.the property was big & clean & the kitchen was lovely & had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms were lovely, 1 was very small.the living room was an ok room, but the bench chairs were not very comfortable to spend an evening. the big bedroom was lovely for space & you can't beat the sea view through the big windows.the two back bedrooms were nice but have no view.the outside space would be lovely in great weather.the downsides were that the extra beds were just bench chairs with linen. no mattresses or duvets! so not the best comfort at all.the living room doors had mould & also heavily leaked when it rained.overall good price for out of season. we did have storms which may not have helped the

we absolutely loved our stay! the apartment was perfect for our party size (five adults), and we had room to spare. the balconies offer stunning views and are substantial in size, allowing us to utilize the outdoor spaces in the evenings. we loved the shops and restaurants that were within walking distance, and the apartment location was perfect for day trips to nearby towns like albufeira and loulé. communication was quick and helpful, and we felt at home. if we ever return to the algarve, we'll definitely be staying here again! thank you, from canada!

our stay at this apartment in quarteria in portugal was very enjoyable. the apartment was exactly as described, was spotless and had everything we could have needed and more. the beach view was stunning, and having shops and restaurants nearby made our experience even better. the apartment itself was lovely and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. the only downside was the lengthy check-in procedure due to our late arrival after 7 pm, which required us to travel to an alternative location before reaching our apartment. despite this, our overall experience was great, and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. highly recommended!

beautiful appartment as described. stunning beach and pool. shop is about a 6-7 minute walk away. there are some quite harsh fines imposed if the flat is not pristine and everything switched off upon leaving, which did cause some anxiety and we were unable to contact the host during a power outage. other than that one day host was very responsive and the air bnb has all amnesties required.

amazing location for a family vacation. view is phenomenal, also the air conditioning units are great, make heat bearable. the apartment is clean. spacious. nicely furnished. surrounded by kids playgrounds, restaurants, lots to do with children too. we had a superb vacation.

can't recommend this apartment enough. the huge rooftop terrace was an added bonus and gave us a beautiful place to sit out in the morning and evening to chill and enjoy the view. i'll be back here again for sure if it's available

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. everything was very clean, the outdoor terrace was a lot bigger than we anticipated. great views of the sea and surrounding area. would highly recommend booking with bed and sun and we are planning on returning in the future.

the apartment was fantastic. we loved the balcony and the bedrooms. there's was lots of space and sunlight. the check in process was definitely lengthier and more involved than what i'm used to. i prefer an easy self check in, not renting from a company.

the apartment was very bright and welcoming, we absolutely loved the space. very happy with the location and scenery, was perfect for a family vacation. close walk to many restaurants and bakeries. bed and sun were very responsive, friendly and did their best to accommodate our travel plans in terms of arrival and departure. only challenges we had were the google pin address on airbnb didn't align with the address so drivers sometimes had issues finding the location but the manual for the apartment has clearer information, just take a picture and share the address as/when needed. if you're using appliances in the kitchen (oven + stovetop), recommend turning off the air conditioners because you might trip a breaker like we did. we were able to manage but if you lose power, it could be that.

the penthouse apartment was top class and matched the photos perfectly. it was in a superb area right at the end of the promenade of quarteira within walking distance of all restaurants and bars. the apartment was spotless and had plenty of living space and a superb rooftop garden. i would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending it to family or friends.

location, location, location... i can't say enough about how convenient this location truly is. walkable to everything that may be needed during your stay. even the office location was close enough. and the sunrise is so worth of getting up early just to see it. availability of items not listed on site; there were additional heavy blankets, extra pillows, extra clean towels, spare heaters almost in every room (including a/c) and dish towels.a very few cons; no spare garbage bags or enough kitchen sponges and shampoo/conditioners and body wash were provided. the terraces were a little dirty but totally usable.

prachtig appartement met geweldige ligging. nieuwe keuken en badkamers en goede bedden. gezellige bewoners in het complex en supermarkten en restaurants op loopafstand. ideale plek voor gezinnen (let wel op de trap) voor een gezellige en comfortabele zonvakantie.

it's a rare find when a place not only meets your expectations but surpasses it. everything about this place stood out from the spectacular views from the balcony and outside terrace, to its perfect location on the beach. the bedrooms were gorgeous with the main one having a million dollar view of the beach and surrounding area. finding the place and checking in was a breeze, expertly handled by the hosts. we were 3 couples and we found that the place never felt crowded and was able to handle us with room to spare. i would highly recommend this place to anyone vacationing in the area. we all said that if we decide to come back we will definitely be renting this place again.

this apartment is a gem. it was an amazing place to stay in the algarve with the best sunsets from the roof terrace!the beach is on your doorstep, everything you need is within walking distance and it's easy to get ubers to other places nearby.

fantastic view!!! and perfect location. the view is better than pictures. the french window at the living room to the balcony cannot be locked, the team response friendly and quickly but the problem didn’t be solved before our leaving.

honestly, amazing location. we got what was advertised, we were even more impressed with the beach views. only downside was the power cut but that impacted other residents too. as a group we would def book this apartment again.

el penthouse es de ensueño, y todo está conforme a las fotos, e incluso en los armarios se encuentran almohadas y edredones extras, aún sin estrenar.tiene unas vistas increíbles y está situado en primera línea de playa. tiene de todo lo que se pueda necesitar.sin duda me quedaré otra vez aquí!

the apartment is enormous. this came in very handy. we are a family of 5 with 3 teenage children and everyone had their own space, even a choice of space when needed. it has been recently refurbished and was very clean. the kitchen is brand new with first-class appliances and is fully equipped. the adjacent pantry and dining area opens onto a terrace, making the cooking-dining experience very good. it is located at the end of the quarteira boardwalk so there are lots of restaurants within walking distance, and even the vilamoura marina is not that far. i give the apartment a highly recommended rating with some caveats. it does not have air-conditioning so on hot days this can be uncomfortable. communication with the company that handles the property was quick and friendly but check-in required manually filling in all required information at their offices, what happened to internet forms?

our stay there was amazing, perfectly located the place is huge with really nice decoration a hamock etc., honestly the best airbnb we've done so far and we've done a couple! only thing was maybe to put a bit more stuff for cleaning because we only had one capsule for laundry and one for the dishwasher but we stayed for a week. otherwise, absolutely nothing to say this place is totally worth it!

good place to stay for access to the beach and local amenities are a short (a few minutes) walk away. the apartment is great, clean, as per the pictures and all the appliances are new and hardly used.overall a lovely duplex apartment with amazing views.

excelente experiência. desde o momento da reserva até ao fim da estadia estiveram sempre disponíveis a ajudar e responder a todas as questões que tivéssemos. o check-in no escritório foi rápido e fácil e foram muito atenciosos. o apartamento para além da sua ótima localização é muito espaçoso, as camas confortáveis, casas de banho limpas, a cozinha era bem equipada e tinha ar condicionado que deu bastante jeito. foi uma semana muito boa.

todo excelente en la visita a quarteira. un lugar en el algarve de portugal. el 5 total es la ubicación por estar en primera fila de playa, tienes el mar sonando todo el dia y toda la noche, el apartamento de un tamaño espectacular. la cocina tiene todo para pasar varios dias de visita! en fin. si tenemos oportunidad volvemos a este mismo lugar.
