LONG STAY DISCOUNT_ for stays of 28 nights or more between november and april the following special conditions apply:
- Electricity charge paid separately at check-out - calculated from a device that collects consumption data during the stay.
- Security deposit of 1200€ to be returned at the end of the stay after checking the flat;
- Water and internet charges included;
- 2 cleanings per month, if you do not agree to this cleaning an inspection will be made by the housekeeper to ensure that the flat is in good condition;
The security deposit is 300€ for up to 28 nights
For stays of 28 nights or more, the security deposit charged will be equal to the monthly amount of the stay.
The security deposit is charged at the time of check-in via a pre-authorisation by credit or debit card.
There is a cot available, with an extra cost of €5 per night. This is subject to availability and should be required in advance
