Villa Country Club is located in a quiet area of Vilamoura, in a condominium with a large swimming pool. This villa is a recent construction, with modern equipment and boho chic decor, and has a pleasant outdoor patio that is ideal for enjoying the warm summer nights or sunny winter days that the Algarve has to offer.
The house has capacity for 6 guests, with two bedrooms, both with bathroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. The living room is large and colorful, with a dining area and an open space with the kitchen. There is also a guest bathroom. The outdoor patio has a lounge area, with sofas and a dining table. There is a barbecue area, with a barbecue grill and an oven. In the lawned garden you can relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers. In addition to the ground floor, there is also a terrace upstairs.
Guests have outdoor parking spaces available within the condominium, and can access the common pool area.
The Villa is a short distance from the golf courses, and about 4km from the Vilamoura Marina and Falésia Beach. There is a mini market right in front of the house, open in high season, and a hypermarket 600 meters away, open all year round.
The airport is approximately 24km away, and the train station is 8km away.
LONG STAY DISCOUNT_ for stays of 28 nights or more between november and april the following special conditions apply:
- Electricity charge paid separately at check-out - calculated from a device that collects consumption data during the stay.
- Security deposit of 2000€ to be returned at the end of the stay after checking the flat;
- Water and internet charges included;
- 2 cleanings per month, if you do not agree to this cleaning an inspection will be made by the housekeeper to ensure that the flat is in good condition;
The security deposit is 800€ for up to 28 nights
For stays of 28 nights or more, the security deposit charged will be equal to the monthly amount of the stay.
The security deposit is charged at the time of check-in via a pre-authorisation by credit or debit card.
There is a cot available, with an extra cost of €5 per night. This is subject to availability and should be required in advance
