After a 2-year interregnum due to covid-19, Active Summer is back! This programme, promoted by Loulé City Council, will take place in strategic places in Almancil, Loulé and Quarteira. The classes and activities will be for all tastes and ages, ranging from walking and running, to yoga, pilates, functional training, senior gymnastics, and capoeira.
BED AND SUN invites all our local accommodation guests in Quarteira and Vilamoura to take part in activities promoting a healthy lifestyle.
The programme will run from 1 August to 16 September 2022, all activities are free of charge and require registration.
